In December 2024 Washington Opportunity Fund loaned the Great Peninsula Conservancy $500,000 to help complete the purchase of 452 acres of productive working forest land.

In February 2023 The Washington Opportunity Fund loaned Skagit Land Trust $500,000 to complete the Big Rock Project.

After a successful community fundraising campaign, Skagit Land Trust repaid the loan in December, 2023.

On August 29, 2023 the Washington Opportunity Fund loaned $500,000 to the Inland NW Land Conservancy for the purchase of Glen Tana Farm.

This property is 1,060 acres of land with two miles of shoreline along the Little Spokane River.

A $250,000 loan to Mt. Adams Resource Stewards allowed them to close on 800 acres as a major addition to their existing Community Forest.

The 800-acre South Conboy Tract that lies adjacent to Conboy Lake National Wildlife Refuge on the BZ-Glenwood Highway.

In September, 2023 the Washington Opportunity Fund loaned Whatcom Land Trust $330,000 to add a small but crucial parcel to their lands in the California Creek drainage.

The three acre waterfront parcel with a house was on the market as vacation property.
